Interacted with Public Adjusters for the resolution of losses at People’s Trust Insurance Company.

LIBERTY MUTUAL INSURANCE 2006 – 2009 Field Property Loss Specialist, Centralized Catastrophe Unit

Investigated, adjusted, and negotiated claims. Honored policies, endorsements, company procedures and laws laid out for all states. Extensive travel to catastrophe sites that were under a state of emergency to assist customers with all aspects of the claims process.

Estimated all claims in-house for varies clients.
